Most ISPs will not monitor and redirect your traffic unless they are ordered to by law enforcement for the collection of evidence. If you break their AUP, they disconnect service. You need to contact them and go over your agreement with them. They will not be able to tell you if law enforcement is monitoring you. Being on the up and up is the best and if this is your profession, they may want to have you subcribe to a business level account and have backup from your company. Of course they could choose to discontinue your service. Good luck.
