OK, this is not going to be a big post....
But jesus christ. Microsoft have another hidden agenda to take another market? I dont care if its free, and they install it for me. VMWare if bloody excellent, ESX is just the ice-ing on the cake.
V-PC and V-Server, c'mon, VMWare had it all in one product that worked on Windows or Linux. With no major differences.
I am being really biased when I say this. But I hate decisions like these, stick with OS's and Office Microsoft. Your market games are loosing many many points with me. One of the main reasons I'm going from Windows Server to Linux is because of their market games. Licenses to connect AND licenses to accept the connection? C'mon M$, Im not one to hate you because everyone else does, I hate you because of the games. You may have the resources to do what-ever you like, but theres so far you should go. Invading in on VMWare is one thing, but including it onto your OS's installs ?
God damnit. Someone start firing their executives.
But hey, I could be the only person with that opinion....
