Your right I did mention Napster,(and Kazaa) only in the context that I was somewhat agreeing with you, I didn't state it was wrongly shut down.(more like he went over to the "Dark Side" jk) I don't condone the downloading of copyrighted material just as much as the next guy, and maybe what I should have stated instead of the P2P sites being shut down, was they should be going after those that use these sites to download so they can sell on the black market.....

Anyway, thanks for clearing that up. I still disagree about them going after those that use the p2p sites for sale of merchandise on the blackmarket - how is that hurting the RIAA or MPAA or even the labels / studios / artists more or less than just downloading illegally for personal use?
