first off thanks for replying so soon...

i m using symantec AV enterprise edition v10.1.0.394 and have been using quite sometime... that is the lastest file version i have...

i then scaned a folder and it went smoothly. i disabled the auto reboot and i manage to see what is that blue screen is all about... it says "BAD_POOL_HEADER" i then boot it to safemode and ran a full system scan as well as a quick scan and it doesnt give me any problems no blue screen no virus / malware nothing... it ran smoothly (is it an application conflict?)

i haven manage to run hijackthis... i will post it up here as soon as i run it
