Does the computer in question have Microsoft Office on it? If so then just print the pages in question from Adobe Reader using the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer, thus creating a TIFF image file (just change the Save As format from .mdi to .tif). Then you can use the online Adobe PDF creator from Adobe's website to convert the TIFF file back to a PDF.
