I get it on mine too. Is it a triangle with an explanation point in it? Doesn't matter if your left or right click on it. It just goes away. There is no balloon tip either.

I've noticed It happens if the OS tries to access a volume that is no longer there... like my MP3 player or digital camera with flash storage. The device times out and goes into power save mode. Explorer tries to access it and can't.

I started noticing it more when I had both plugged in. I never notice it when neither are plugged in. I rarely notice it when just one is plugged in.

I don't see any errors in the system log though... but I'm not auditing a whole lot on this box.

I noticed this once in a while at work too. When I don't log off my box but the network access time disables my access to network drives. I don't force the logoff on my box... and the triangle will appear but disappear anytime my mouse goes near it.

Though... this page from m$ says its an appcompat issue? There is a compatility problem with the app, but won't be blocked. It looks very similar to the little triangle with ! below the reply box on AO. (now up above my post... the post icon.)

Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.
