    Thank you everyone for your help.

    I installed the drivers for the quick launch and i also fixed the ram so its shared and has the dedicated together.

    Its now working.

    I knew something was up when she told me i didnt have enough ram and to make it even more convincing they were trying to screw me she offered to sell me the ram i would "need" right there.

    Damn tech support.
