Intake in front, output in back. I'd make sure the PSU fan is pushing air out the back and not into the case.
I flipped the PSU over, and seems to be running better.
I ordered more fans. This particular model allows An extra fan on the bottom, back, front, and two on top. Unfortunately, it only came with one fan. Maybe that will make a difference. Oh, and one for the side panel.
