Attention shoppers.....
Now, we all loved the Compaq subsidiary E-Machines, right!!! Okay, well... Maybe not so much so. But we are all going to love WalMart. They offer a deal we can't pass up! Is it a new bicycle? Is it a 6 pack of your beverage of choice? Maybe even a new lawn tractor to make your summer yard work all the less difficult? NO!!!
Don't be fooled. These are not the things we all love Wal Mart for. We love them, now more so than ever before for the Computer offerings. Now, what makes them so special in present times? Well, it has to be the fact that they compete with E-Machine prices. But it gets better!!
MORE?!? YES!!! MORE!!!!
You too, at the modest fee of $299 can have a computer from Walmart. But it gets better. How you may ask? To this I Have only one word with which I can respond...
Lindows. That's right, Lindows. Walmart has started selling their systems with Lindows.
You too can buy yours here!!!

Something else new at WalMart...
Newsforge notes that Mandrake Linux PCs finally went on sale at Walmart.com over the weekend. Prices range from $391 for a 900MHz Duron machine to $648 for a 2GHz Pentium 4 with CD-RW.
