I had the same problem with a similar device (zyxel). The problem occured after i changed some settings on the device to do with logfiles and trying to setup email notification. Right after that my device started rebooting all the time, i didnt even have time to log in and undo the settings i did.
Did you change any settings shortly before this problem occured?
I solved my issue by hard resetting my device and luckily i had an image of the previous settings as a backup, which saved me alot of time having to reconfigure everything from the start.
Try to hard reset the device, and see if the problem still persists.
Cheers.

Well as I said, i dont have the unit with me, my customer has it but i guess they did make some changes before they restarted the Watchguard.
the thing with this brand is that every time you make a change you have to reboot. I dont know either if they made a backup of the previous configuration before they reboot the unit so I guess I have nothing in case they didnt.
Any other suggestions?

Yes, reset the device, and reconfigure it. Once you have it configured to a satisfactory setting, make a backup of the rom.
