Adobe Flash Update
If you use Adobe Flash, please make sure that you have updated it to:
http://www.securityfocus.com/news/11574
I strongly recommend the use of Secunia's "PSI" (Personal Software Inspector)........... in a few minutes it will scan your system and let you know what needs updating.
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal/
It is free for home users
It usually gives you a clicky to go straight to the update site

Also there is a new update for Reader (9.3.1). There is apparently shared code between the apps that is being patched as well as other security issues.

You could deny it Internet access. It won't even know when an update is available.

Open photoshop, it should be the same for all versions.
Help
then click Updates
the little Adobe updater will open, click the "Preference button, then select the correct option under the options drop down box.
Or do as JPnyc recommened and simply add a "Deny" rule into your firewall.

Yep that filehippo updater certainly does check for it.
Brilliant little app update checker.

I use them both. File Hippo will tell you if there is a new version of a product. Secunia just deals with security updates and patches. Depending on the way the supplier works, this may not appear as a new version , so File Hippo may not report it.
Also, Secunia deals with MS OS updates which File Hippo does not.
