    for those of you that have to deal with helldesk

    or often deal with customers or lusers, you have an excuse for everything now for their questions or complaints.

    i don't have the guts to use them while i like my job, as much as i'd like to.

    edit: might as well mention that its obviously from the 'bastard operator from hell'
