Pop3 remote access utility

Hi, I recently downloaded a pop3 remote email access utility and I have a problem. Everytime I attempt to connect to my other mail servers, my connection gets timed out. Is this something to do with servers themselves, my own faults or is the utility just junk?:confused: Peace.

pop3 remote access? do you mean a mail client? if so there should be a way to set the timeout somewhere in the options.
