2 viruses were found when I did housecall scan at antivirus.com...both are named "JS Execption.l" anyone familiar with these? The scanner was unable to clean them..they just said they were "non-cleanable" anyone know why this is?

Have you been downloading some of those hack programs n stuff?
most of the times they are infected with trojans.
no hack programs...well expect for an ip and port scanner if you'd call those hack programs.
the scanner is allowing me to delete these files, but I'm wonder if the scanner made a mistake and they aren't infected and I could be deleting some important windows files.
CHances are very little
if you run a new copy of Norton and have it update on a regualr basis nothing wrong could happen.
Besides the items are in quarantine, they aren't doing nor going anywhere.
Just get rid of them

There is a patch for this with Internet Explorer...Its not really a Virus so to say its an exploit...All this does is make a new start page for you..usually a porn site and cause alot of pop up ads..Quote:
