Ok!!!
I found this AWESOME Linux Workgroup Server.
SME Server Version 5 Basically its a all in one linux server/firewall/gateway
WITH Windows support (SMB - samba)
you can download it from E-SMITH WEBSITE
It allows you to easily setup a ftp daemon
web server
and windows shared file server.. and a WHOLE lotta other things.
Linux SHELL accounts..

Personally, I think you'd be better off using a normal distro and setting those things up yourself - but thats just my opinion.

At the risk of sounding repetetive, I'd have to agree...
It's a learning experience, setting all that stuff up yourself, believe me it can take a while, but after you set it all up yourself, and it *works* - well the sense of satisfaction is just amazing!
The ability to do something yourself instead of using preconfigured stuff opens up so many more possibilities!

Reading the `man pages' and following How-To's on this sort of thing is extremely valuable and is good for sheding your newbiehood. This is a cool setup, but I still recommend that you learn to do it the Linux Hacker way. (Linux Hacker way = read the man pages and how-to's and gain from the experience :D)
