H4X0r stands for "Hacker"
14M3 stands for "Lame"
:) Hope that helped
THX a lot...
What kind of code is it....
or is it just some stuff people made up and use a lot?
Its called leet-speak its basically using numbers or signs on the keyboard to create words. Its also known as script kiddie language as only they would use it.
It is lame and incoherant, in a world where info has to be clear there is no need for confusion in wording.
It can be used in humour or by complete lamers.
Im not sure how it developed and to be frank I dont want to know.
31337 = Elite
H4X0R = Hacker
14M3 = Lame
These terms, and many more, are part of a strange little world of jargon that developed somewhere in hacker subculture lore. The best way to decipher it is take in the context of the sentence, then lean back, squint, and tilt your head...
people who use that are usually script kiddies but to people with out knowledge of computers.... it is synonimous with hackers.... or computer "geeks" but you know..... whatever people want to think
it is lame but can be funny, like I have one of those Thingeek bumperstickers on my laptop with
3L33T H4X0R on it.
