i think he wants to ask a question about PHP.
The only thing Noble is trying to accomplish in this post is to annoy people and take up space in hopes that we'll all respond with questions and flames. That's usually the purpose of all of his post. They have not point. Much like oblio but with a larger vocabulary. He dosen't have a question on PHP. That would have something to do with computers.. The only thing Noble uses his box for is to look at pr0n and post stupid threads.
