A good website I have found for Windows in general is http://www.regedit.com . It has a guide to editing your registry to get the most out of your WinBox :)

to be extremely helpful...no matter what the problem.
Their forum includes a sections on security, tips for customizing windows XP and a downloads section with things such as tweakXP and styleXP.
An excellent source for XP users.
