Go to google.com and type in avatars. Some websites have them. I found mine for free.
But you can't upload a custom avatar until you have 45 posts. You'll have to wait a while.

umm, here is an idea... load the graphic into a picture editor program (m$ paint, acdsee, photoshop, etc) and cut it. :eek:
