A semi-stupid question.
When I signed up for Antionline.com, it gave a deffiniton of different kinds of hackers; Black-hat, Gray-hat, and White-hat.
It said that Gray-hats hack into others systems, and sometimes destroy them. I plan to hack into others computers ( once I get good at hacking into my own/ my dad's ), but not delete or damage anything. What kind of a hacker would I be; a light-gray?
-
that would be white-hat.....white-hats only look and learn stuff-not too many of these around still :(
-
A newby hacker wanna be whitehat
step one, download any linux / unix distro...
step two, download ettercap
step three, rtfm on distro and ettercap

there are no stupid questions....just idiotic ones :)
-
the only stupid question is a question not asked
-
Resist the temptations of the dark side. Just say no to the greedy ways of the Black-hats.
-
There is no such thing as a stupid questions.. Only stupid people who ask questions that THEY think are smart

Blackhats
There is no shade of colors. Doesnt matter how grey you are, if your grey your grey. I am a grey hat hacker. I have hacked *nix Machines and MS Machines but I dont destroy. Hacking and not destroying is grey hat, and not hacking is white. I was white but it took the fun out of life :p
