What is W32.Mylife.J@mm and how does it affect me?

Due to an increased number of submissions, Symantec
Security Response is upgrading W32.Mylife.J@mm from
a Category 2 to a Category 3.

W32.Mylife.J@mm is a variant of the original
W32.Mylife@mm worm. W32.Mylife.J@mm emails itself
to all email addresses in the Microsoft Outlook
address book and the MSN Messenger contact list.
The worm arrives as the attachment, USA.scr. When
the attachment USA.scr is executed, it displays a
graphic that appears to be a caricature depicting
Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon as a bull.

The W32.Mylife.J@mm worm may delete files, depending
on where the worm is executed.

The email message has the following characteristics:

Subject: sexyy Screen Saver
Attachment: USA.scr
Message:
hi
look to the screen saver it's very funny
bye

It really isn't that dangerous. It was just given a level three because of how much it had spread.
