Hacker be Found!

Was bored one night and was having fun with Windows ol' Tracert.exe....
While searching some sites, one gave me a server teleglobe.net (bell site)
Figured I'd browse the corporate site and found this little thing

http://teleglobe.net/en/contact_us/h...spam_abuse.asp

It's a form you fill about information of a violation/abuse of the system/site and they'll attempt to retrieve information about the find......

Wow, I wish more ISP's did this, I looked around for this in my ISP (Verizon) and I didnt find anything... Hmm, Im gonna email them and complain :)

It's the one thing that I found productive from Bell.....

Has anyone else found something similar to this?
