Actually, that wouldn't be much of a good idea...
1.) It would clutter up the page more than it already is.
3.) It make even MORE loading time than it already does (the 56k people would hate it, and then they would start bitching, and flood the forums with "It takes too long to load" giving JP even more of a headache...)
Hmm, Ill have to dissagree on you with this one... The homepage would become too cluttered, JP already follows the 2-click rule... So if you want the bar your 2-clicks away (at most) :)
You guys are both right... I should have looked that over before I posted this suggestion.
