FreeBSD Hacking
Alright, Ive got another freebsd question, For the root wars we frequently have in california, i have set up a Freebsd jailed enviorment. Now some friends and i have tried and tried and tried some more to try to hack the jailed env. I have looked at the source code for the jail command bout 4 billion times. I have tried everything and every thing. I set it up so that sshd was running in the jailed env. So we can hack ssh but were still in the jail :) also i set it up so that the ip of the host box is the same as the jailed env. In other words on the "normal" host box i can go out and do what ever but all incoming gos to the "jailed" env.So i thought id see if anyone had actually gotten out of a freebsd jailed env.

hi, im interested in the jailed environment. Is it a chroot'ed environment, is that how it is jailed? The normal computer is set up to block all incoming attempts?
