AnalogX

Does anybody know of any security issues with the AnalogX simple server? I have been using it for a while, and some guy on irc must have heard my blab my domain name to some friends to download some stuff off of me, anyways he keeps telling me about how hes gonna hack me and all kinds of stuff, I don't believe him, just wondering though.

I actually used to use SimpleServer before I got into PHP and active content, which it doesn't support all that well. I actually really liked it cause the vulnerabilities were kept to a minimum. BTW, the latest vulnerabilites are just DOS vulnerabilites, so they can't really "hack" you...unless you have other services, or you don't run a firewalling program or hardware...
