Mounting Help....
Ok, I installed RH7.3 about a week ago, I figure I would need more that 10Gigs of space so I formatted my 80Gig NTFS into a Fat32, but when I try to mount it in Linux it tells me:
Code:
[root@localhost root]# mount -t vfat /dev/hdb1 /mnt/storage
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/hdb1,
or too many mounted file systems
(aren't you trying to mount an extended partition,
instead of some logical partition inside?
I know that /dev/hdb1 is my hard drive and the right partition number... I dont think I have too many mounted filesystems... (I have about 6 Swap, /, Zip250, cdrom, and floppy) Any help is appreciated.... Thanks guys :)
