TCP/IP Protocol Monitor

I was looking around and found a nice little program that tells how fast your data is moving throw the net it also tells your CPU's performance. It has a few other things to help you find out where your data my be slowing down at.

After going throught collage you learn how to make programs like that, if you were enrolled in programming classes.
