I think our friend MediEvil is living in England..

Try FreeChariot. I use them. try their site at www.myfcn.co.uk Their higher package is £16.49 a month. This is more than most but you get a 4 hour cut off instead of the usual 2. They are fast (well faster than BT and freeserve - ie On my friends computers they go slowwwwww) and for what you pay good value for money

I think all ISP's dial-up speed is more or less the same. I believe it's really base on your phone line.
