I found an article about a company called ZForm that is developing games for the blind. One such game is poker, but it seems that they are also working on Quake for the blind as well. They are aiming to make the audio so profound in the game that the blind can play.

I think that it would be nice for the blind to be able to play games on their computers they all ready have braille keyboards and programs that read the web pages so why not games.
That reminds me of braille on the drive up ATMs.
