linux help yet again

here i am with yet another linux question.

ok i installed my linux. i like it so fare. but i dont know any music programs or p2p programs
can you give me some info on them thanks ahead. And how do you use this. Some good security
text willl be appreciated thanks again

yea im a newbie because i lost all my windows so i gave the whole drive to linux. oh well there
wasnt anything important on my windows anyway. lol
