I was wondering if anyone had any links to guidelines for hardening either NT or 2000.
I would also be interested in hardening Solaris, but that is not quite as important at this point as the MS OS's.
I'm having to draw up a set of standards and "best practices" for securing our servers. So if there is any thing that is online that may help me, or at least point me in the right direction I would be greatful. Thanks in advance.

This has some nice check lists for win nt, linux, solaris, etc
Hardening Windows is actually very simple...
It is called uninstall ;)

Wanted to say thanks for the folks that provided links. For the folks that didn't provide a link and told me to go search google.com, etc. well... i guess a thanks is due to you too for at least reading my post :)
