The colors in the .jpg you uploaded looked fine to me, which kind of lends credence to the 'fecked up' moniter theory. No magnetic sources nearby? Any of the neighbors been testing small tactical nukes?
I have to agree with allenb. Besides your gamma settings of your video card being set to brightly (all of the colors look faded because they're set to high), the picture looks absolutely fine. It must be your monitor. Is it a new monitor or an old one? Check to make sure that no pins are bent on the connector (I've had that happen before) and that the monitor is properly plugged in. If that doesn't do it, do as allenb suggested, and check for any large magnetic sources which may cause disruption. Good luck.

Looks fine to me :)
Colors seem to be a bit washed out when compared to mine but otherwise
Allenb forget about the small nuke's he shoud check if they are not playing with a small EMP device ;)

Weird.... Hes a screenshot of my white backround.... If this looks fine to everyone else then there is something wrong with my monitor =(
@mike and avdven:
The only magnet close to ym monitor (within 5 feet) is my woofer... And it never caused problems before
Still looks fine but washed out

Mike
What do you mean washed out?
Doesn't look washed out to me....looks just fine....what does the white screen look like to you?
Faded not sharp and bright;)
Can you maybe describe what you see i.e wavey lines, blocks of color
Regards
Mike
The white looks a little purple and the orange on AO and the blue on top of the IE Bar is way to bright
