Hehehe...love that. Better still when it's just the "warning" icon, and not just the info icon!
The only thing that makes the "warning" a helpful box is that when it's being displayed you can't do anything else, which is quite possibly the best way to run any MS OS.

If you try to demote a active directory server and it isnt the last server on the network, it will be "unwilling" to process the request.
the error reads "This server could not be demoted. It is not the last server on the network. Action failed: The server is unwilling to process the request."
that may not be the exact wording except it really did say the server is UNWILLING to process the request.
At this time we were in a classroom enviroment, so therefore we broke its will with mr. Fdisk.

I once got an error message with outlook express that had a warning icon and said 'The operation completed successfully'
