Isnt this "Windows XP Help and Support Center File Deletion" is an old issue?

It seems like the world just found out about it... or is it a different exploit? it seems like the exactly same one.

it will be the same one, it's been doing the rounds for a couple of months here as far as i know, but knowing m/s and such it woulda been there from the start anyway
