advice needed

hello

recently i had security issues on my pc.which i have now sorted.ie installed a firewall etc but a program called "object 8000000b"occasionally trys to connect to the internet,and i havent a clue what this does,i have searched my computer high and low and cant find it anywere,can anyone tell me what it might be???or were i might find it

ive tryed lookin manually and searchin for it

any help will be gratefully accepted

What os & firewall are you using?

xp and zonealarm (for now)

researching firewalls so im either gonna buy norton .....or download tiny,sygate,agituim

havent decided yet so if youve any ideas muchas gratias

Search the forums for a tool I posted about called "active ports".

It will tell you the path and the executable that is responsible for opening up all connections from your PC.
