As a side note, this one sentence stood out for some reason. Maybe I'm reading to much into it, but is Symantec recording improper transfers or also reading what they're recording?
"Symantec has caught insiders improperly sending pre-merger details and pre-earnings data and has reported those findings to the employees' bosses."
