In the Registry key path HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows does the windows read Windows NT or something else?
I'm not sure I am clear on the question, but if you mean, is the Registry supposed to have the key Windows NT, then the answer is yes. Win2k is an improvement upon Windows NT 4.0. It's been called NT 5.0 also. Let me know if that answers your question. Otherwise, please be a little more clear in your question. I would like to help if possible.
