Google...???

Has Google by anychance been defaced? I just Don't recall the confetti above the banner before and a goat eating one of the Gs.
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but it just looks odd and out of place.

Google makes a lot of different logos/banners for different "holidays" dates and this new banner you're talking about says "Happy Chinese New Year" (if you move your mouse over it for some seconds) so i think they made it for this purpose. :D

its actually there to signify the year of the goat :)

but, google does change their banner quiet often. sometimes i dont even notice the change :D
