This must happen so often. My personal favourite was when my boss was pretending to present a lecture using a laserpen (for the benefit of TV cameras) and dazzled herself by holding it up the wrong way - she actually fell over, which of course, we all did about two seconds later.

I managed to score 13/14 on the test, and it said I was an expert. I'm not quite sure how to take that.
The pic was funny, the test was too. I got 13 out of 14 too but guessed on a couple. Two strange things, the similarity between close ups of two disparate body parts and someone with the time and inclination to make a test about them.
As for the French caption, I don't read it either but picture is universal in showing that national barriers are not enough to stop managerial incompetence.
To be fair it was probably posed for the magazine or newspaper so we can add journalisitc incompetence too :D
