Those of us who worry about getting a computer virus might take some solace in the newest trend in malicious code: bad guys hunting other bad guys with targeted viruses. W32.HLLW.Cydog@mm is a mass mailing worm that arrives as an email attachment, but also attempts to spread itself via the KaZaA, eDonkey2000, Bearshare, Grokster, and Morpheus file-sharing networks. Malicious code that spreads itself via file-sharing networks uses some sophisticated social engineering. The executable virus gives itself some interesting names to entice victims into downloading the file.
The file names used in the Cydog worm target cybercriminals and crackers and are aimed at script kiddies trolling the Web to find cracking tools. Downloading any of the supposed cracking files that hide the Cydog worm will infect a user's computer, then try to disable any antivirus and firewall programs that are running. According to Symantec's write-up on Cydog, the virus then attempts to delete all the .exe, .dll, .ocx, and .ini files on the infected computer
This isn't the first virus to target hackers and crackers. The Yoohoo virus and igloo worm promised cracking tools and serial numbers to activate unregistered, un-purchased copies of software. Cydog was discovered February 26, and Symantec rates the virus as a 2 out of 5 on its damage scale. The company evaluates the distribution of the worm and its damage potential as "high."

What I 'll like to know is - Who are they working for ?
Good Virus or Bad Virus - it's always a virus and it is cyber crime.
