10th dangerous virus

here's i tell you the 10th dangerous viruses in my country :

4). BugBear.A@mm --- 184
5). HTML/MIME Exp. --- 141
6). WXY.C --- 100
7). JS/Exploit Bases --- 91
8). W32/Sircam.A@mm --- 61
9). Yaha --- 41
10). W9tM/Shore.K --- 21

the right list contents of number of victims which cause by those viruses. i know @mm can be fix or clean by antivirus ( http://www.bitdefender.com) but the problem is it can't clean the virus automatically , i must clean it manually. how bored .....
anyone know how to clean those viruses automatically ?

*i've updated my lastest antivirus and only could quarantine.
