60 seconds

Just tried to post and got a recurrent message - "Sorry the administrator has requested that users can only post once every sixty seconds."

Wow, I knew I could type fast but......

The message then appears when I go in. It seems that someone else was posting at the same time - could this explain it?

Nope. But I think it's an attempt to throttle so the database doesn't go *BLEAH*

this has happened to me.I get this message if I clicked on submit reply button twice, when my network is slow. 60 sec wait and it's fine.Yeah , good way to avoid
