New windows in flash

Alright peps just a quick ques....

What i need to know is how to open a new browser window from inside flash - but i need to have it open at a set size with no scroll bars etc

I know i need to place some java in the html file i wish to open but what is it? also what command do i use in flash to have it open this file when i click on a button?

getUrl ???
}

or what?
