mandrake 9 and exploits

i heard that mandrake nine doesnt run exploits!
is this true??
and if it's what about
redhat 8 or 9???

ummm, I do not see where you got such nonsense... the only way I can see any distro not running skiddie scripts is not having the correct compilers, shells and interpreters installed.
