I've moved this thread from Site Suggestions to General Chit Chat.
Now, that said, what exactly are you looking for? Ideas on how to create a good website? What language do you want to use -- PHP, ASP, straight HTML, etc. What topic do you want your website on? Is it your website your are interested in making "great"?
"Help" is a little vague and too broad so perhaps we can narrow this down a bit.
