I'm finishing up with an A+ class right now trying to build a resume along with studying some books I just picked up including Network+ (Sybex Study Guide) and Linux+ (ExamCram). I was wondering if anyone around here has gotten the Linux+ certification and if it is really worth it.
I myself havn't actually gotten any form of certification, but i would imagine the worth of it would depend on what you want to do. Do you want to become a *nix sysadmin? if so, it will probably be a good idea to have it. If your heart is set on getting a job as a gardener, i wouldnt reccomend it. Otherwise id go for it - any certification is better than none.
