Windows Boot Error
Never encountered this error before, but it reads: UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME. I've tried to fix it through bios, and safe mode, but it still won't boot windows under safe mode. Curious what might have caused this error.
It occured after my computer had stalled probably from overtaxing it. If anyone has any ideas or thoughts I'll be glad to know. I feel dumb just not being able to figure it out :P
btw i run on XP

unmountable? sounds like the file system is corrupted, the boot sector might be buggered. try getting it checked out by a tech if you dont find an answer here, hope this was of assistance.

Thx for the links, I'll try their solutions when I get home.
last night when i was trying to solve this *before i posted this* i did load "fail-safe settings" to try and be able to access the comp again, but all it told me is that it now can't detect my comp drivers. any ideas on that would be nice also, but i'll still try all those links.
