Log reading issues

I've got logs generated by my Cisco containing info like what each ip NATs to that I occassionally have to go through. Unfortunately they are huge and I can't open them in notepad, and Wordpad hangs up. Does anyone know of a text file reader that would just buffer like what's on the screen, or any way I could solve my problem short of splitting the logs into hourly logs (daily is the most convenient.)

vi is a good one, but on *nix only!
on M$ try word or excell!

Anyway the log flooding your under is insane maybe should you reduce the trace scope in order to get readable!
Have you been once going through your logs to track a misbehaviour? (I guess it's not very often)
