Looks like your net config got messed up...
How is your network stuff configured?
Posting your network configuration might help. Go to Start/Run and type winipcfg. Take some screen shots of that window and post them.
Another thing you want to check is Can you see anything inside network neighborhood, since this is roughly equivalent net view.
Let us know what you find out.
