Boy, vnunet is kinda slow with their news.
This news is a couple of days old now and has been discussed in the following thread:
Chinese Program Exploits Windows.
Fortunatly this bug has been patched and from what I read in the mailing lists you must need to know the operating system specifics (like how many SP's have been installed).
Unfortunatly there are legions of users out there that don't know how to patch or have some other reason for not patching.
